One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is the opportunity to work one-on-one to help others develop their skills and acumen. Over the years, I have enjoyed working closely with QPOC scholars and researchers to help them design projects, develop SMART goals and stay accountable to themselves and their community while navigating institutional bureaucracies.
